Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage site production targets and operational service delivery
• Develop and implement annual business plans to manage finances, employees, and resources efficiently
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, analysing their needs and offering tailored solutions
• Ensure SHERQ compliance by adhering to Mine Health and Safety regulations
• Manage stock, equipment, and assets while implementing policies to drive continuous process improvement
• Lead employee development initiatives through onboarding and training

Requirements:

• Degree in Mining Engineering
• Blasting Ticket
• 5+ Years of experience managing operations in the mining/resource environment
• Strong SHERQ management experience
