We are recruiting for an experienced Franchise Manager who will play a key role in supporting franchisees and internal teams to ensure seamless day-to-day operations. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and has a strong understanding of brand strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Manage marketing and promotional activities, including promotional calendar planning
• Assist in coordinating customer training events with suppliers and franchisees
• Identify new business opportunities and strengthen relationships with franchisees and key accounts
• Resolve queries from suppliers and franchisees, ensuring exceptional service
• Manage digital platforms by loading promotions, pricing, and other content
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive sales opportunities and maximise revenue

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Sales and/or Marketing
• Proven franchise business experience (at least 5 years)
• Strong operational and customer service skills, with a focus on  meeting deadlines and handling pressure
