We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Head of Talent and Acquisition. This senior role demands a dynamic leader with the ability to provide strategic direction in talent management, learning and development. and drive impactful human capital initiatives. You will influence the business's overall success by shaping and executing a talent strategy that supports long-term objectives, while guiding a high-performing team to deliver exceptional results.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive Talent Management strategy aligned with business objectives
• Integrate talent initiatives across the employee life cycle
• Lead large-scale talent management projects, including succession planning, on-boarding processes, and employer value propositions
• Oversee Talent Acquisition, Performance Development, Coaching, Mentoring, and Graduate Programmes
• Act as a key collaborator with People and Culture Teams to embed talent initiatives and ensure a seamless approach across business units

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of broad Human Resources experience with at least 3 years leading a Talent Management function
• 5+ Years experience managing a team of specialists
• A degree in Industrial Psychology, Human Resources, or related field (Postgraduate qualifications advantageous)
• Expertise in developing high-impact talent strategies and leading their implementation
