Job Description

We are recruiting a Human Resources Generalist on behalf of a dynamic company to handle all aspects of operational HR and provide strategic guidance on people-related matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop job profiles and interview questionnaires
  • Manage recruitment, selection, and staff onboarding processes
  • Monitor and update employee information systems
  • Oversee training programs, including internal and external initiatives
  • Handle employee benefits and wellness, including medical aid and pension funds
  • Provide guidance on employee relations and performance management
  • Implement and update HR policies and procedures
  • Manage payroll administration, leave processes, and BEE/EE compliance

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
  • 3-5 years of experience in a generalist HR role
  • Proficiency in MS Office and experience with HRIS (Sage HR is advantageous)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
