Job Description

Are you a highly organized individual with a passion for ensuring smooth operations? We are looking for an Administrative Support Specialist to join our client’s dynamic team. In this role, you will be the key link between the sales and warehouse departments, coordinating deliveries, managing reports, and maintaining clear communication across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including coordinating deliveries, collections, and stock investigations.
  • Manage invoicing, courier bookings, and organize samples from suppliers to clients.
  • Update and send WIP and Stock On Hand reports, and track outstanding and expected PPO reports.
  • Ensure seamless communication between departments, reinforcing professionalism and company values.

Ideal Candidate Skills:

  • Strong administrative and customer service experience.
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Solutions-driven and able to prioritize tasks efficiently.
