Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee nationwide maintenance operations, ensuring facilities and equipment comply with relevant standards.
• Develop and manage capital and operational budgets, including service agreements.
• Create and implement maintenance policies, standard operating procedures, and strategic plans for ongoing and project-based activities.
• Foster strong customer and stakeholder relationships to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Manage teams effectively, providing leadership and support to achieve operational goals.

Requirements:

• A university degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Proficiency in computer systems; SAP experience is a plus.
• 5 years of managerial experience, with at least 3 years in Maintenance or Engineering.
• 8 years of supervisory experience, showcasing your ability to lead diverse teams.
• A willingness to travel to branch offices and work overtime when required.
