In this role, you will oversee the smooth and secure supply of explosives-related products and services.

Key responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with customers to assess needs and plan operations.
• Scheduling and coordinating explosives truck deliveries.
• Maintaining up-to-date stock records and ensuring compliance with BME standards.
• Conducting safety audits and implementing cost-saving measures.
• Recruiting, training, and managing a skilled team.

Ideal candidates will possess:

• A Blasting Ticket (mandatory) and a valid driver’s license.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Truck Operator or Blaster, with a solid background in surface mining and blasting.
• 3 years of supervisory experience and cost management expertise.
